Holbox Experience
- It offers private transportation from Cancun Airport, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the entire Riviera Maya.
We have two types of service.
- Service to Chiquilá, where you will be left at the dock, and you are responsible for crossing to Holbox and arriving at your accommodation.
- Service to Holbox, where the driver takes you to the dock, and he’s responsible for giving you the tickets for the ferry , which the cost is already included, and upon arrival at Holbox they will be waiting with a taxi to take you to the accommodation.

- The vehicles are new, comfortable and air-conditioned units.

- If you need additional assistance such as baby seats, or any other special needs, let us know when completing the form when your reservation is made.

- This service is operated by a provider which is external to us, with whom we have been very careful in selecting it and we have many years of teamwork with them.
- Holbox Experience operates the website which acts as an intermediary between the client and the service operator.
- If you do not receive an email confirming your reservation within 24 hours, please contact us directly at info@hexp.mx
- All cancellations must be made directly to info@hexp.mx by email.
- The cancellation policy is that if you cancel up to 48 hours before your service 100% is reimbursed, with less than 48 hours it is no longer refundable.
